Vykintė joined Diaverum Lietuva as a Nursing Manager in 2023.
Her responsibilities are to revise and update communication and implementation of country procedures with the aim of standardizing practices within all clinics, ensure that the procedures adhere to all current Diaverum policies and country, regional and local regulatory requirements. Irmina works with the country operations team support to implement operational policies at clinic level.
Vykintė holds a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and a Master's degree in Healthcare Management from Klaipėda University. Since 2018, she has excelled within our team, most recently serving as Head Nurse-Administrator at Kretinga Clinic.
