We are pleased to announce that from May 2022, Diaverum Kaunas Clinic will offer free outpatient consultations for patients with suspected or existing stage 1-5 chronic kidney disease. Patients are consulted by the highest category of doctors: nephrologists, cardiologists, angiosurgeons, dieticians and rehabilitation specialists.

In this way, if a patient is suspected of having kidney disease, he or she can register for a consultation with a referral from the family doctor. At the Diaverum clinic, the patient receives free tests, a diagnosis of kidney disease, an evaluation of the treatment given so far and, if necessary, a new treatment.

If the patient has already been diagnosed with stage 1-5 chronic kidney disease, he/she should have regular consultations with a nephrologist to prevent the progression of kidney disease. For the detection and treatment of the development of chronic kidney disease and its complications, the patient receives free laboratory tests, an assessment of the usefulness and effectiveness of the medications taken, and referral to other specialists. To this end, our clinic provides multidisciplinary support: the patient is consulted by a nephrologist, a cardiologist, a dietician, and an angiosurgeon, if necessary.

You can register for consultations with a referral from your family doctor by calling +370 331537; +370 61832767, or via the esveikata.lt portal.
